6 pork chops
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 lg onion
1 tbsp minute rice for each chop
Salt
Brown salted chops in small amount of oil. Place in covered casserole. On each chop place 1 tbsp rice, 1 slice onion, and 1 slice green pepper. Over all pour tomato soup diluted with 1 can water. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
