Ways to relax at home with a spa treatment. Set up your own treatment at home when you can't get away to a spa.

Your body is tired and you could use some relaxation, but you don’t have the time to get away. For you to unwind the best place to go is to a spa. Going to a spa can rejuvenate

your body and make you feel like a new person. But if getting away to a spa right now don’t fit into your schedule, why not give yourself the spa treatment at home. It really doesn’t matter where you get the treatment as long as you get treated. Pick a day where you can totally enjoy yourself without any interruptions and set up your own spa at home.

The first thing is to set aside a day to set up your particular area to relax and enjoy yourself. Start your day off by taking a nice long bath. Turn your bathroom into a retreat. Place lighted candles around your tub and pick some soft and soothing music to listen to while you bathe. Make sure you have your favorite bubble bath, scented soap

and plenty of bath oils and beads to put into the tub. Run your favorite bathrobe and a big fluffy towel through your dryer for a few minutes before you get into the tub. That

way when you get out of the tub they will still feel warm from the dryer. Drying off after a long relaxed bath with a warm towel will stimulate your body. Once you finish drying off lather your body with a great scented body lotion and slip into your warm toasty robe.

Now is the the time to steam your face for about fifteen minutes by putting your face over a bowl of steaming water covered with a towel, then put a facial mask on your face for a skin treatment. While your face is being treated give yourself a manicure and pedicure.

Once your nails are dry remove your facial mask and apply moisturizing lotion to your face. Now would be a great time to get a massage, but since it’s your special day and

you are spending it alone you will have to substitute. The next best thing to getting a body massage is fixing your self a cup of hot tea, grabbing a good book and relaxing in

your favorite chair or laying on your most comfortable couch for the rest of the day sipping tea and reading.

Even though you would love to get away and spend a day at the spa, sometimes you can’t. That’s when you have to stop and set aside some time for you. The next best

thing you can do for yourself is create your own spa at home. Stopping and taking a day and giving yourself a spa treatment will make you feel like a new person.
